Hyperkinetic Syndrome - Causes, Symptoms & Treatment


Hyperkinetic syndrome condition (mostly in boys) characterized by behavioral and learning disorders. It is often associated with learning difficulties ,such as aggression and disobedience. The hyperkinetic syndrome is one of many manifestations of minimal brain dysfunction and emotional distrubance. Depression has often been found to be related to hyperkinesis. Some preliminary hypotheses are also drawn about the dynamics of the relationship between depression and the hyperkinetic syndrome.
